Daymarck is currently implementing its second generation of home healthcare coding software. This software is currently used by Daymarck coders and administrators to manage workflow of processing agency coding assessments.

Within this second generation, several critical quality improvement features have been added. Agencies have the ability to see exactly what documentation they submitted preventing them from guessing if their documentation has arrived safely. Many features such as random peer review of coding records will help ensure that all records are double-checked for accuracy. Daymarck coders will be tagging the documentation the agency supplies so that the agency can quickly obtain that information if the record is ever audited in the future.  The next generation will include additional coding logic and quality improvement features in order to decrease the agency’s coding burden.

In addition, Daymarck has developed its second generation software in modules so that its features can be integrated into other software systems to help improve in EMR vendors current products.
