We have a simple and accurate process to ensure records are coded accurately and timely. Agencies have the option of either faxing records to our secure server or upload them with our fast one-touch scanner. Once all the information is received, it is reviewed and an electronic one-page coding record is completed by one of our HCS-D certified coders. Then you or your designated agency contact(s) will receive an email stating that the record is ready for download.  Through the email link, or our customer login link on our website, you can login to our secure proprietary database and download the record.
