Judy Adams is president and CEO of Adams Home Care Consulting, Inc. and provides clinical and operational consultation and education services to home care, home health and hospice organizations. Additionally, for over eight years, she worked as the special projects coordinator for the North Carolina Association for Home Care. She has also served as a consultant affiliated with several different consultation firms for more than 15 years.

Elizabeth E. Hogue

Elizabeth E. Hogue is an attorney in private practice with extensive experience in health care.  Her clients are professional associations, physicians, managed care providers, and institutional health care providers, which includes hospitals, long-term care facilities, home health agencies, durable medical equipment companies, and hospices.  Ms. Hogue gives approximately 50 presentations each year on health-related topics, including future trends in the healthcare industry.  Her writings on health-related topics can be found in trade publications and other journals and her books include: Nursing Case Law Reporter, Informed Consent, Legal Liability, Medicare/Medicaid Fraud and Abuse, Contracting with Managed Care Providers, Ethics Manual, Termination of Services to Patients:  Use of Policies and Procedures to Avoid Liability for Abandonment, Case Management:  Legal Issues, How to Develop a Fraud and Abuse Compliance Plan, How to Form Alliances Without Violating the Law, and Wound Care:  Legal Issues.  Ms. Hogue is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
